Where is the ride held?

The Horsey Hundred takes place at Georgetown College, 400 East College St., Georgetown, KY 40324. Check out the Campus Map here for registration, vendor, food, and start/finish locations:

Is tent camping available at the College?

NO – Campus policy does not allow for tent camping for the 2022 Horsey Hundred.

Is there RV/Camper parking available at the College?

NO – For 2022 Campus policy does not allow for RV/Camper parking for the Horsey Hundred.

Are showers and restroom facilities available at the College?

YES – There will be showers available in the basement of the Davis-Reid Alumni Bldg. (where Registration is located) and George H. W. Bush Fitness Center (where the Vendor Expo is located). These are open showers. You must bring your own towel, soap, and shampoo. Restroom facilities are available in both of these buildings. Additionally, there will be portable toilets on-site.

Where can I park?

There are numerous parking lots on Campus. Check out the Campus Map here: https://horseyhundred.com/about/location/ There is also parking available on the streets surrounding the College campus.

Are E-bikes allowed at the Horsey Hundred?

We welcome riders with Class 1 and Class 3 (pedal assist) e-bikes. We will not be able to allow riders with Class 2 (throttle) e-bikes to participate per our insurance coverage.

What are your COVID related policies and restrictions?

Horsey Hundred COVID-19 GuidelinesIn accordance with CDC and Kentucky Guidelines participants and volunteers who are fully vaccinated will not be required to wear a mask at the Horsey Hundred.

  • We will not be asking for proof of vaccination. If you are unvaccinated, we are asking you to do the right thing and wear a mask to protect yourself and others who are not yet fully vaccinated.
  • If you are more comfortable wearing a mask (for any reason) we encourage you to do so for your own piece of mind.
  • The exception to the mask guideline is while being transported in a SAG vehicle. Requirement will be at the discretion of the driver.

Can I order a jersey (or related item) and not order a ride ticket?

YES – Ride tickets are not a required purchase and pre-order clothing can be ordered separately through our registration system through April 5th, 11:59pm EST.

If I didn’t purchase Horsey Hundred Jersey (or related item) when I registered will I be able to purchase one at the event?

MAYBE – We will have a limited number of jersey styles and sizes for sale at the event. Bibs and shorts are pre-order only and will not be available at the event store. We highly recommend that you preorder through our registration system. The deadline for preorders is April 5th, 11:59pm EST.

I forgot to pre-order a jersey when I registered for my ride ticket, what do I do?

You are able to pre-ordered clothing through our online ordering system without having to purchase a ride ticket. The deadline for pre-orders is April 5th, 2022 at 11:59pm EST.

Can I cancel my jersey order if I am unable to attend?

NO – Pre-ordered clothing items are custom orders and cannot be canceled or refunded. Pre-order clothing items will be direct shipped to your mailing address by our clothing partner.

Registration

Can I register onsite?

Registration will be available onsite at a self-serv kiosk which is the same as registering online. Day of registration is $125. Ride tickets are $85 though May 13. After May 13 tickets increase to $100. After May 27 tickets increase to the to the onsite rate of $125.

Can I register by mail?

NO – There is no mail-in registration. All registrations must be online through our registration system.

Is there an option to ride Saturday only for a lower ride ticket price?

NO – Full event registration includes Saturday and Sunday. Saturday only registration is not available.

Is there an option to ride Sunday only?

There will be a Sunday Only Ticket Category open on Saturday May 28th at 3:00pm. This ticket category will be $50 and available below for electronic registration or for walk up registration.

Can I cancel my ride ticket if I am unable to attend?

NO – The Horsey Hundred has a No Refund policy. Please see our FAQ on transfer options.

Can I transfer my ride ticket to someone else?

YES – You can do this yourself through our registration platform, Bike Reg. Instructions are found at this link. How to transfer my registration.

If you have trouble, please contact us and we will help!  We cannot help with payment between you and who you’d like to transfer your registration to, but we can help with transferring the registration.
