Registration

Saturday & Sunday Full Event Registration:   

• $75 – Early Bird – until Friday, May 21 -11:59 pm
• $90 – Late Registration – Saturday, May 22 to Thursday, May 27 11:59 pm

• There is no registration via mail.
• There is no Saturday only option. Sunday only registration opens online Saturday afternoon of the event.

Sunday ONLY Event Registration:   

• $45 – Sunday ONLY - Saturday, May 29 4:00 pm - 9:00 am Sunday, May 30

• There is no registration via mail.
• Registration of Minors:  We encourage families to participate in our ride, but please note that riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must sign the minor’s registration form.

 Registration conditions related to Covid: 

• An initial registration limit of 1000 riders is in place. As and if we are able to add additional capacity it will be opened on a first come first served basis from the      registration Wait List. 
• Event capacity of 1000 may be adjusted periodically according to local or state covid protocol and our ability to serve higher numbers of riders.
• Wait List will only come into effect once current maximum capacity full tickets are sold.  
• Persons signing up on the wait list will have charge information validated at the time of checkout but the ticket cost will not be charged against your account until you are moved into Full Ticket status.  You will not be charged a platform service fee for signing up for the Wait List.  
• Late Registration may NOT be available based on maximum capacity and number of people on the wait list.
• Sunday Registration may NOT become available based on Saturday maximum capacity being reached. 
• Due to registration limits, There is no walk up / onsite registration. If this scenario changes, an email will be sent informing that this option has been added. 
• All ticket conversions from Wait List to Full Registration will be finalized Sunday May 9 to allow participants to plan accordingly.  

"Horsey Hundred has a NO REFUND policy.  Our registration platform partner, BikeReg, offers protection through Allianz to provide participant registration insurance.  In the event of full event cancellation, refunds or roll forward options will be at the discretion of the Bluegrass Cycling Club Board of Directors.
