On-SITE

Camping & RV

We are pleased to announce that RV and tent camping will be offered by Scott County Parks and Recreation at Scott County Community Park

All camping is primitive only, no electrical, water, or sewer connections will be available.

There are port-a-potties on site. There are also bike and walking paths connecting the parks.

The area will be patrolled by the Scott County Sheriff’s department.

RV spots at Scott County Community Park are all reserved and no more will be made available.

Primitive tent camping sites are still available and they can be reserved using our reservation platform. Note that the sites are free, however our reservation platform doesn’t allow us to give things away so you will be charged $0.01 (one cent) to reserve your spot.

You may camp on Friday and Saturday nights only!

Showers are available at the Pavilion, a facility operated by Scott County Parks and Recreation about 2.5 miles from Scott County Community Park.  The fee to use the showers is $5 each use. Hours of operation are 7am-9pm on Friday, 7am-7pm on Saturday, and 12 pm – 6 pm on Sunday.

For questions, Please contact our registration team at [email protected].
