Registration Dates, Times, Deadlines and Cost

  • Saturday & Sunday Event Registration:
    • $65 - Online until 11:59 PM May 24
    • $90 - Online May 25 until 10:00 AM May 27
    • $100 – Paper form May 26 and 27
    • $75 - Mail-in must be post-marked by May 17 along with payment
      • Forms can be printed from the website
      • You may purchase tee shirts, posters, and breakfast in advance using our mail-in registration form
      • If you wish to reserve a dorm, campsite, or RV space you MUST register on-line
    • There is no Saturday-only option
  • Sunday only Event Registration:
    • $35 – Online registration opens 4:00 PM Saturday May 27 until 9:00 AM Sunday May 28
    • $45 - Paper form May 28
    • No advance registration
  • On-site registration is available at Davis-Reid Alumni Gymnasium – Georgetown College Campus. Skip the registration line; you can register and pay online day of the event with your mobile device while on-site registration is open
    • Friday May 26 from 3-10 pm
    • Saturday, May 27 from 6 -10 am
    • Sunday, May 28 from 6:30-9 am
  • Registration of Minors - We encourage families to participate in our ride, but please note that riders under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must sign the minor’s registration form.

So … we know you’re wondering what benefits and amenities you’ll receive as part of your registration, and what other great stuff we’ll have available for purchase … Here’s the list … Get excited! We are!

Included with your registration:

  • Friday evening entertainment under the “Big Tent” out back – See event schedule for time
  • The good folks at Georgetown College will provide complimentary popcorn at check in on Friday to stave off those hunger pains until you can get outside to buy dinner from one of our fabulous food truck vendors.
  • Route maps and cue sheets
  • If you register by midnight on APRIL 19 2017, you’ll get your choice of Defeet Aireator Socks with 40th Anniversary Horsey Hundred logo or a 50/50 event tee shirt. Tee shirts will be available in both men's and women's cuts! (Registrations after April 19 do not include a gift item)
  • The 2017 Horsey Hundred century pin will be distributed to all century riders who want one out on the route at the “Castle” rest stop.
  • Rest stops provided about every 20 miles along ALL Saturday and Sunday routes featuring water, electrolyte replacement drinks, and a variety of foods selected by our certified nutritionist to meet your energy needs.
  • Roaming SAG vehicles
  • Bike mechanics at Georgetown College and at selected rest stops (Riders are responsible for payment for any parts needed for bike repairs)
  • Saturday Post Ride Lunch- A fabulous lunch after the ride at Georgetown College featuring a variety of options for carnivores and vegetarians alike
  • Sunday Post Ride Lunch - featuring deli sandwiches, chips, a variety of salads, and cookies; and last, but certainly not least
  • The absolutely beautiful rolling hills, stone fences, river palisades and charming small towns found only in Kentucky!

Other great amenities, services and fun stuff available but NOT included as part of your Registration Fee:

2017 Horsey Hundred Collectible Jersey – Can be purchased in advance on-line for delivery directly to your home for free before the event – To take advantage of this great deal, you’ll need to order and pay for your jersey before March 19, 2017. (Order will be place directly with our jersey vendor, Primal.) We will also have a limited supply of jerseys on hand at the event for purchase, but we will not have all styles and we will probably run out of sizes. If you want to make sure you get one, order on line, have it delivered, wash it before you come, and wear it at the event!

Horsey High-quality American Apparel tee shirt – Can be purchased on-line in advance for pick up at the event if you place your order by April 19, 2017. Tee shirts are available in both men’s and women’s cuts!

Horsey Hundred Poster - Can be purchased in advance for pick up at the event for $12. The run on these posters is limited. Once they are gone, there will be no more, so order yours in advance to be sure you receive one! They will be available at the event only if we don't sell out with advance orders.

Food Trucks on Friday Night – That’s right, we will once again have food trucks out back on Friday evening. Plan to join us for dinner under the tent! What could be better than food trucks, snacks, live music, and several hundred of your closest friends?

Vendor Expo – Our vendor expo will be bigger and better than ever. We’ve moved registration to the Davis-Reid Alumni Gym next door to provide even more room for our fabulous vendor expo so make sure to pay them a visit either before or after you register.

Optional Breakfast Saturday and Sunday mornings – You can purchase breakfast from Georgetown College as part of your registration, or you can purchase meal tickets when you pick up your ride packet: $9 for one day; $18 for both.

Refund Policy

Event - The Horsey Hundred has a no refund policy for registration fees paid in advance.

Pre-purchased Merchandise - If you purchase a tee shirt or poster in advance, you can make arrangements for a friend to pick your items up for you if you are unable to attend, or we can ship your items to you after the event at your cost. After the event, we will e-mail everyone who purchased items in advance but did not pick them up to find out whether you would like us to ship your items to you. If we do not hear from you within 30 days after our e-mail contact, we will assume you do not want your items shipped. You may also contact us regarding your items at chairman@horseyhundred.com

Dorm Rooms and Breakfasts - If you reserve and pay for a dorm room and/or breakfasts and your plans change and you are no longer able to join us, we will refund the amount you paid for your dorm room and/or breakfasts if you submit your request in writing before midnight on Monday, May22nd. Refunds for rooms will be issued for cancellations after that date if we are able to place someone in your room.

Substitutions are permitted – Rather than requesting a refund, you may prefer to find someone to take your room. If you want to do this, please e-mail our registration folks and let them know the name and contact information for the person who will be replacing you.

Adding a roommate – If you registered as one person in a room and want to add a roommate, please provide this information at check-in.

Check-in

Please check in at the Davis-Reid Alumni Gymnasium upon your arrival to the campus of Georgetown College. You will be able to pick up your registration materials, pre-purchased items, and free gift if you registered prior to April 19, 2017 at that time. You will also be able to check in if you reserved a dorm room, camp site or RV spot, and pick up or purchase breakfast tickets.

* All paid riders will be issued an official ride wrist band which should be worn throughout the weekend. Any rider without an official ride bracelet will not be afforded ride benefits, including rest stop and lunch entry! *
